George St. Pierre invited to train with his long time idol Vitor Belfort! He said when he started MMA, it was all about “The Phenom”, and that he’s honored to have trained with him.

Do not let Mixed Martial Arts ever become an Olympic Sport

Although Winning is the Goal You Must Focus on Something else to Really Explode Your Success….
I recently read a short quote about Selling that really stuck with me. It went something like this:
“To sell more don’t focus on what and how you can sell your customer… But instead focus on what you can do and how you can HELP your customer.
By doing that you will solve your customer’s problems and flow right into selling them naturally. The best salespeople are Super Problem Solvers.
Well I got to thinking about my success in wrestling and lo and behold… I wasn’t focused on winning as much as I was focused on GETTING BETTER.
That’s it. I was focused on what I could do to get better and how could I get better each day rather than focusing on the end result of Winning.
Simple… THE BETTER YOU GET… THE MORE YOU WIN!
FOCUS ON GETTING BETTER
LEE KEMP
Olympic wrestler and MMA Coach of BJ Penn, Kenny Johnson. It was a privilege to roll around from him. He’s a fountain of knowledge when it comes to integrating the striking to takedown game.
In a street fight do not fear using weapons or “illegal” blows. Those tactics are your equalizers. They separate you from life and death. This is no game.
Big John McCarthey at Fight Summit 2010!
First taste of much more.
Back from my hiatus. Finals are over and I just got back from Las Vegas’ Fight Summit 2010. Videos and Photos will be up soon! Some include George St. Pierre’s MMA Coach Greg Jackson, and Sports psychologist Brian Cain. Guess who got a picture with BIG John McCarthey!
Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida: A living example of how traditional arts can still do great things in the Cage. His footwork is unreal.
